When signing up online, Tim will usually contact you within 2 hours. Usually he will drop off your new key fob into your mailbox in about 2 hours during normal business hours or send you directions on how to pickup your fob from the lock-box located outside the front door. Feel free to call or text if you don't hear from Tim within 2 hours after signing up.
